So what is the incompatibility issue??? I have used a friends Mac on several occasions to check email on my server and Safari appears to work well although it did not like some formating changes I had made to the email system layout, but the ISP I worked for just before they moved to Utah last month had several customers with Mac's running Safari and while I was not directly responsible for those machines (I did admin on the Windoze boxes, Linux boxes and everything else) I did chat frequently with the admins who were handling them and from what I have gathered from most of these guys is that Safari has some quirky issues with a number of things and all of these guys have put Mozilla or some other browser on the machines... so my question is would the problem be SM or is it really an issue of something not right with Safari??? And if it is.. should SM be diddled to fix Safari and possibly break SM or should Apple be encouraged to fix if there is a real issue with Safari?? I am one who believes that you should not break one working thing to make something else work when the right thing to do is to fix what is broken in the first place. It will usually bite you in the ass someplace down the road. -R -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rich Hall [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.netlynx.us/rich/ ham radio: kf6arx ------------------------------------------------------------------------ No trees were destroyed in the sending of this message; however, a significant number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ And remember - if it ain't broke, hit it again. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: InterSystems CACHE FREE OODBMS DOWNLOAD - A multidimensional database that combines robust object and relational technologies, making it a perfect match for Java, C++,COM, XML, ODBC and JDBC. www.intersystems.com/match8 -- squirrelmail-users mailing list Posting Guidelines: http://squirrelmail.org/wiki/wiki.php?MailingListPostingGuidelines List Address: [EMAIL PROTECTED] List Archives: http://news.gmane.org/thread.php?group=gmane.mail.squirrelmail.user List Archives: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_id=2995 List Info: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
