Robin,

I am still having problems with this issue. Could you point us in the right direction? Specifically, what steps did you take to get this to work?

Thanks very much in advance.

New user here - could some kind soul point me in the right direction? Have a requirement to show the favicon.ico on the main SM 'webmail' page.

I've tried various mods, including adding these entries in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:

# 041102 added to make favicon.ico work right
AddType image/x-icon .ico

And...
Alias /favicon.ico "/usr/share/squirrelmail/images/favicon.ico"

Have also tried utting favicon in /var/www/html, /usr/share/squirrelmail, /usr/share/squirrelmail/images, /usr/share/squirrelmail/src etc, none seem to work.

(restarting httpd each time...)

Any ideas?

Works for me in <smdir>/src

R.
