I have seen this when sending to yahoo as well. I also have been fielding complaints, but my investigations haven't turned up much. We resolved the problems with the Declude and Spam Assassin filters as these give some detail as too why the email was determined to be spam. I have not been able to determine what is causing yahoo to fail. I have been running 1.4.3a and 1.5.0.
