php uploads do not provide enough information in order to use local media files. Playing of local media files was removed from newer squirrelmail versions. Please update your squirrelmail version. Playing of user's media files will be reimplemented in 1.5.1-1.5.2 and maybe in 1.4.4-1.4.5. If you want to play media files squirrelmail 1.4.3a - there is a small typo in plugin.
