sorry if this question has been answered before. i have read over the WIKI but couldn't find a definate response that helped me, so I'm posting here.
When a user logs in, and tries to create a new folder the following message appears
Error: Could not complete request QUERY: Create "INBOX/TEST" Reason Given: Invalid mailbox name
I've tried changing the config.php file found in the correct directory to amend
$default_folder_prefix = '';
to >
$default_folder_prefix = '.';
I've also tried $default_folder_prefix = '/'; $default_folder_prefix = 'INBOX.';
The version of Squirrel is 1.4.2 and our imap server is UW, which is not on the same server as Squirrel. The config has been setup correctly, mail comes in/out etc I just cant get these folders to work.
Any help is most appreciated and I apologise if I am double posting.
