Read the above.  We need to know what your IMAP server is.  You also
should try the $debug flag and should include snippets of your telnet
sessions and the results of $debug.  The plugin (presuming you're using
the right plugin; I can only guess unless you repost with more specifics
per the above link) only reports what IMAP gives it, so it is highly
unlikely that you are even asking the right people.  If using something
like Courier-IMAP, you can also look in user mail spools for the
maildirsize file...
