If you read this, we are showing you where the error really occurred.  The
server had an I/O error while attempting to write the email to the Sent
folder.  The server in this case is your IMAP server.  You should start
your investigation from that point as we are only displaying what is being
sent to us.

Okay, that's twice I've seen this though, this is bad code order.  I'll
take a look at this.
