Hi, >From the error message, my opinion is SM failed to find functions.php, check the file. Is it really exist in the specified folder? And check your SM configuration too. Did you change something? Because by default SM installation this error should never be happened. And for the change_passwd plugin, AFAIK it only works with system user, make sure your MTA is compatible. And change_passwd need suexec privilege, make sure PHP has been installed with this feature and the folder where chpasswd stored is has enough privelege to executed by webserver CMIIW.
