Check ldap_abook plugin.

It is not integrated with other squirrelmail address books. I think,
SquirrelMail haven't supported custom backends when plugin was created.

SquirrelMail does not support writable LDAP address books yet. even
listing of LDAP entries in main Addresses page needs some cleanup. Sample
plugin that explains custom address book backends is available. In order
to provide writable personal ldap address book, existing ldap_server
backend has to be extended to use ou=$username in basedn,
add/modify/delete functions have to written and lookup/list/search
functions have to be fixed.
