We are running squirrelmail-1.4.4 and have been seeing a particular "feature" since we started running SM back at 1.4.1 I believe.
Occasionally, at intervals I have not been able to determine, when a mailbox is first opened and a message from the message list is selected for reading, neither of the 'previous' or 'next' links are clickable even when there are messages before and after the current in the message list. We see the same behavior with the 'Delete & Prev' and 'Delete & Next' from the delete_move_next plugin, but since the normal 'previous' and 'next' are not clickable either I'm not sure it is the plugin. If I am understanding what little I understand of the code, it is almost as if the findNextMessage function is failing find other messages even though they exist in the message list. The behavior resolves itself if you click back to the message list then reselect any message for reading. Has anyone else seen this behavior or have any ideas what might be causing it? We are running squirrelmail-1.4.4 on FreeBSD 4.9 with apache 1.3.33 and php 4.3.10, using courierimap on the back end for mail. Also, we are running the following plugins. $plugins[0] = 'squirrelspell'; $plugins[1] = 'auto_prune_sent'; $plugins[2] = 'address_add'; $plugins[3] = 'delete_move_next'; $plugins[4] = 'multilogin'; We do have $imap_server_type = 'courier' set. I've looked through the list archives and definitely admit I might have missed a previous thread on this since I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking for, so I apologize if this has been covered.
