I haven't seen any bug reports regarding SquirrelMail where the "bug" has been with SquirrelMail itself. Most likely you ARE exceeding your qouta. I don't know how to check the qouta on your system, because you don't say anything about your setup. Read your IMAP server documentation to find out how your IMAP server qouta works. Also read <http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/DisableTrashcan>. If you, after you've read it, are certain that you get the error even though you're not exceeding your qouta, please write the mailinglist again, but with more details <http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/MailingListPostingGuidelines>.
