Yes I have Courier-Imap installed. I have even selected the Courier IMAP in the config but it still does not want to play. Is there anything special in the Courier IMAP config that I need to take into consideration or should the Squirrelmail config take care of this.
Please CC: the mailing list for the benefit of the archives (and since someone else may be able to answer your question better than I). Can you verify that Courier-IMAP is running? Try:
telnet localhost 143
Here's what I get back:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]# telnet localhost 143
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 NAMESPACE CHILDREN IDLE QUOTA SORT THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT THREAD=REFERENCES UIDPLUS ACL ACL2=UNION STARTTLS] Courier-IMAP ready. Copyright 1998-2005 Double Precision, Inc. See COPYING for distribution information.
If you're not getting something similar, IMAP may not be running. What settings do you have in config/config.php? Are you sure your using a valid username/password for the IMAP Server?
