Sorry, I sure was not clear with my explanation. I currently have a v1.3.8
Apache and Squirrel Mail v1.5.1 CVS in place and am trying to move to
Apache v2.0. It works, actually it works quite well, except that the
copying of the <user>.pref.tmp file over the <user>.pref fails. I can come
in with FTP and do this manually.

Agreed. Trying to figure out why it is happening is a bit tough but then
there is a lot of interaction between all of the different packages. ;-(
