My first bit of assistance is going to sound silly but... double check you don't have any filesystem quotas, make sure you don't have any imap quotas (many imap servers implement their own quota system independently of the operating system. Also check on inode count (though with 15% utilization you probably have plenty of inodes) if your imap server is running on a UNIX or UNIX like OS. If your imap server saves to maildir (courier-imap for one) or mbox (uw-imap) check to make sure the ownership permissions on the appropriate directories are correct. Make sure you have a Sent folder in your imap server. If none of that helps, provide us with more information.
