Hello all,
I have a client who is having problem with Squirrelmail (version
1.4.3...though I also tried version 1.5.0/CVS, and had the same
results). Anyway, when he puts his username and password in properly
and logs in, he receives the dreaded message of:
ERROR: You must be logged in to access this page
Cookies and javascript are enabled. He said this problem started
occuring 2 weeks ago. I'm curious if there was some kind of software
update or some kind of service change with Cingular Wireless that is
causing this problem. The server's version of squirrelmail has not
been touched. Also, he can log in fine from any normal computer.
I think its a Treo 600... I guess I'm just hoping someone else on
this list has the same device and knows how to fix it. Its quite
possible that he messed with some setting that screwed this up...the
problem is...I can't find the setting :/
Thanks,
Phillip
Okay guys. I went to the Cingular store and they let me try a demo of
the Treo 650 (completely live device on Cingular's network). The Treo
650 at their store did NOT experience the same problem. This is what I
pretty much figured. I just wanted to completely isolate the problem to
the device, to be 100% sure that I'm working from the right end. It
would appear to me that its a cookie problem...but I cleared the
cookies. Cookies are enabled I believe...its been a few days since I
last worked on his device.
