Thanks for the feedback - I did try this at one stage but it didn't seem
to make any difference, however I have since also discovered and fixed a
glitch between Razor and Postfix that was causing mail in the hold queue
to not be processed and so changing to SMTP might have worked but the
sending through postfix was stalled at the time - I'll re-visit this later
on a testing server I'm sorting out.
