OK. I have found a "fix" but still no answer. If I restart HTTPD I have full use file manager. I'm not getting any errors only sympthoms. When I use file manager, without restarting it, I can upload a file but after that I can't do anything with it. I can't view, download or delete a file. When you click for an action, such as delete, nothing happens. No error, no popup and nothing shows up in the logs. I restart httpd and I have full functionality. Is it possible something is starting after httpd that shouldn't?
