Hi Everybody,

I m using squirrelmail-1.4.4 with shared calendar plugin shared_calendars-1.1.1-1.4.0 ;

I have two questions:

1- when I tried to delete a user from the Shared Calendar

Access Table

, I got :

                Permission denied; cannot delete user And I

know that the upgrade to

shared_calendars-2 may solve this issue.

Yup.

2- what can I do to add all my default domain users to

the Shared
Calendar Access Table ?

The default domain users Loining in the squirrelmail without specifying the domain so I cannot add entry like this {

[EMAIL PROTECTED] } to the Table.

use vlogin to have different data directories for each

domain and then

use just "*"?

Ok, I will try the Virtual Host Login Plugin.

dunno... not sure why you'd have usernames w/out domain

portions;
that's pretty limiting

This is only to simplify the Login to my default domain users.

That's what vlogin does. If your REAL (IMAP) usernames don't have domain parts in them AND you host multiple domains, you're shooting yourself in the foot.

Sorry I cannot understand,
All My REAL (IMAP) usernames - including the default domain Users- have the domain parts in their Addresses. But default domain Users ONLY can Login without that domain part., that what I want to say.

OK, that's good then. But for the sake of clarity and better webmail functionality (how do you expect SM to know which is which?), you should deactivate this. Vlogin does it for you for ALL your users, not just the default domain. Then the problem you have described above with the calendar plugin will also go away.

You mean that it is recommended to let all users Login to SM with the full
Address to get all the features of SM and its plugins .

Yes. Not "let"; "force". But, Vlogin will allow users to log in with just the username portion of the address, and the domain portion will be added automatically. So you have convenience for ALL your users plus the consistency that you need on the backend for SM.
