I am trying to search large folders (20,000 messages+).
I find that if the search results are just a few hundred messages the search returns after a while.
If the search results number in the 1,000s or 10,000s then the search times out. Sometimes with a "Document contains no Data" or an "IMAP connection dropped". I believe this is because it is timing out trying to load in so much data.
If there was a way to paginate the results to show just 100 messages at a time then this type of searching should work.
Could you consider implementing paginated search results if this will help?
