Also the /var/log/httpd/error_log contains too many lines of the following:
[Sun Jul 03 12:26:33 2005] [error] [client <ip address>] File does not
exist: /var/www/html/squirrelmail/favicon.ico
Harmless error, browsers like firefox try to retrieve favicon to display
next to the URL in the address bar.
