You don't. It's not done yet. Edit out in interface/event.php if necessary.
The option I am referring to is the one provided by the shared calendars plugin. When I create or edit a task I am unable to set a reminder. The control is disabled and will not let me adjust it. I am guessing that I am missing a plug in, however I have not idea which one.
