My goodness, I don't even see a way to close that horrid DHTML popup. Don't they want me to be able to read their own damn web page and all the marketing crap??? The interface is indeed SquirrelMail.... a *VERY* hacked up version thereof and quite reminiscent of http://www.webmail.us Rackspace may actually just be reselling Webmail.us services (whose developers fell off our map after they had offered to give back some of the fixes/hacks they made...). As for someone here "getting" that "skin", fat chances -- it's a big ol' source hack that we have no access to and would not support anyway.
