Using Cyrus-Imap 2.2.8, Squirrelmail 1.4.2 and Avelsieve-Plugin 0.9.11 i get
this message whenever i wanted to install a new vacation-message. Changing
the "memory_limit" option in my php.ini did not solve the problem.
Solution: Do not use any non-UTF characters (e.g. german "Umlaute", like
"ä", "ü", "ß") in the vacation-message unless you changed the
default-settings of your system (like the $LC_CTYPE value).
