I think it has always been left-justified, it has only become noticeable since a <br /> was added between the words "Last Refresh" and the date/time. It can be fixed by changing line 621 of src/left_main.php from html_tag( 'table', '', '', '', 'border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"' ) . to html_tag( 'table', '', '', '', 'border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="99%"' ) . i.e. adding width="99%".
