This is entirely on you, not us. Please go to options->display prefs and look for "Delete/Move/Next Buttons". Your admin has to have turned the delete_move_next plugin on.
Why not have them at both top and bottom of message window? I am usually at the bottom of the message when I decide to delete it, so I have to page back to the top and then delete. What a waste of time.

I looked, but could not find a list of functions to handle how messages are manipulated in SM. Also, my current ISPs installation of SM doesn't seem to be able to use the "user defined" reply citation function. Is that also an admin setup function?
