 - Try forwarding as inline text and not as attachment by clicking on
"forward" instead of "forward as attachment".
 - Show message source of problematic message - I am not aware of
SquirrelMail sending misformatted forwards whatsoever
 - Read the following and provide all details requested therein

   It is possible your SM version is out of date.
