are you filing bug report against cpanel SquirrelMail package or standard
SquirrelMail package?
you use /usr/sbin/sendmail or SMTP for delivery?
What php register_globals setting is reported by phpinfo() or
ini_get('register_globals') run in squirrelmail directory?
