I fail to see how this has anything to do with SquirrelMail.
Regardless, chances are, this is the result of a virus that is
attempting to get you to open an attachment to "fix your
subscription". You should not do that. If you are still not sure if
your subscription status, check with the list administrator, and/or
check the mail logs.
