You want apples or oranges?

Autoresponder functionality is all done in Maildrop, assuming that you
have it installed, or do you just mean Courier IMAP?  The courier plugin
is what you want for the Maildrop scenario, but it is just the front end
for the autoresponder that you already need to have set up on your
server.  It comes with a sample configuration file for Maildrop.  If you
decide on another autoresponder scenario, say, with .forward files or
something, use vacation_local.  If you try the postfix admin package,
the newest (unreleased) version of the courier plugin will work for you.
