disable askuserinfo plugin

One suggestion. Don't use SquirrelMail packaged by Patrick Reardon
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or ask him to support his creation. Patrick might
have done big work in patching SquirrelMail package, testing it on
hmailserver and adding custom plugins, but removal of core plugins is not
acceptable packaging solution.

conf.pl -> 4. General Preferences -> 7.  Allow use of priority

If you don't want to modify SquirrelMail core scripts, check forced_prefs
plugin.
