I have squirrelmail version 1.4.3a-11.EL3 installed on Red Hat with
Sendmail-8.12.11-4 for RHEL3.1

I installed sendmail and squirrelmail with the default option to
send/interpret email in plain text, however I would now like
squirrelmail to accept mime types so that my users can read web pages in
html format.

sourceforge tells me that squirrelmail parsing of mime types takes place
on the imap server, so there's nothing to change in squirrelmail (other
than the user settings, which I've done). However o'reilly tells me
that mime types are enabled by default on the sendmail imap server, so
there's nothing to change there. What to do?
