A) This is not relevant for the squirrelmail mailing lists
B) I don't think it is a good idea to deliver spam to anyone except for
its original intended recipient, unless your threshold is something like a
score of 100.  You should always let the user decide if it is a false
positive or not, and you can use something like the spam_buttons plugin to
let them train SA on it.
