so if you have a PDA or iPAQ you can go to this web address and the format
of the mail fits the screen. I would like to install this feature on my
server if one is available.
I can't find a plugin for squirrel mail that does this. You could always
write one yourself. Here is a FOSS client that is just for this purpose:

Although, it's author no longer maintains it. That said, his software is
typically quite good.
