I am trying to install Squirelmail on a different server. I would rather
not have it installed directly on my mail server as I have removed apache.
I would prefer to have it installed on my web server. I completed the
installation, and it logs in fine, but instead of the folder list displaying
on the left side, I get the following error:
ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "INBOX.Sent"
Reason Given: CREATE failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/mail/:
Permission denied
In searching the archives, it seems that actually needs to be installed on
the mail server in order to get the proper folder permissions.
Is there a way to install Squirrelmail on a remote server and have it work
properly?
Thanks,
Scott
