Not browser issue.

If user already can display texts written in same language, then it is not
OS issue. Unless user selects stylesheet with font that does not support
text in Arabic. If you want to exclude OS issues, check
http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/ or find other unicode demo pages. If you
use Linux or Unix with Gnome - it has gucharmap utility, which can display
unicode character ranges.

If message is in text/html - issue should be fixed in SquirrelMail 1.4.6rc1.

If message is in text/plain and uses windows-1255 or iso-8859-6 character
set, SquirrelMail should display it correctly since 1.4.3. Arabic utf-8 is
displayed correctly since 1.2.11 and 1.4.0. If you have mbstring
func_overload enabled, issue should be fixed in 1.4.5.

Replies might have some issues related to limitations of character set
used by selected translation. I18n bug.no. 1235345. SquirrelMail uses one
broken way by default, when other broken way might look less broken in
unilingual environment.

If SquirrelMail does not display text/plain message correctly, most common
problem is not in SquirrelMail. It is in free interpretations of rfc 2045
chapter 4 and chapter 6.

If SquirrelMail has text alignment issues with Arabic, Hebrew or Farsi, we
might try solving them out, if we get constructive feedback and
explanations about what is wrong.
