I haven't tested the quota plugin yet, but I suppose that I would need the quota binary, and maybe access to the aquota.user file? Don't know. I have tested the vacation_local plugin, with the SUID program, I don't whant to add another service to the box(ftp), not sure why isn't working, I just can't upload the vacation files. I have installed the squirrelmail_vacation_proxy, I have linked the home users directory into the jail(I don't like this very much), installed the vacation program(not sure if I need this on the jail), and the required perl files(for the vacation program to work), and still the problem is that I can't upload the vacation file.
