I saw this when developing the last plugin version but fixed that. I assume you are using the newest release, but you need to specifically give that info too. All I can really suggest is to temporarily disable all other plugins (block comments in config/config.php would be easiest) and test again. Otherwise we'd need to walk through a possibly painful debugging process to see why SP1 bails (what is your accessibility to such a system?). Oh, and maybe just maybe it has to do with your web server, as odd as that might seem. Do you have the ability to try PHP4? To upgrade Apache?
