Make sure that you can reproduce it in SpamCop plugin from SquirrelMail 1.4.6-rc1. Provide information about used spamcop reporting options. 1.4.3a-0.f1.1 is old SquirrelMail version, that is repackaged by some people totally unrelated to SquirrelMail developers.
