This is an unfortunate side affect of sessions, and cookies. Because
your browser most likely shares the cookies between browser instances,
window 1 shares the cookie information with window 2.  When user b
goes to window 2 to login, the session from window 1 has already been
started, and PHP sees a session is already active, and loads the
information.  When user b proceeds to login, the information in the
session is overwritten by user B's preferences.

That all being said, we are looking at ways around this, it's not
easy, and not pretty, and is some serious work involved. Just make
sure your users logout for now :)
