Gregor, I'm with you on this. I actually had an older version of 1.5 (maybe 1.5.0 not sure) and the notifications worked as you mentioned in 1.4.6. I just installed 1.5.1 the other day and now I get an email notification for all emails :( Really annoying since I too filter off several emails to predefined folders for reading at a later date. An example being emails about Squirrelmail :)
Are we missing something here or was this nice functionality removed, or did a gremlin get into the code?
