Options - Display Preferences - Sort by Received Date. Change it to
"No". If you change the sort by recieved to no, you should find it
resolves your issue. Fetchmail is checking one account at a time, and
the sort by received date is using IMAP's INTERNALDATE to sort by, so
Account A is checked after Account B for example, so the sort is off.
