Show your IMAP capabitity string. You can see it in SquirrelMail configtest script or info plugin.
Show options that are used to compile courier-imap. If you had --enable-unicode issue, you are not using ports package or OpenBSD ports differ from FreeBSD. Enable info plugin and check 'GETQUOTAROOT INBOX' command output. If info plugin is enabled, it adds new options block in SquirrelMail user options. Make sure that you haven't exceeded system quotas for virtual mail user. Please note that SquirrelMail developers don't have access to your machine, don't know how you have installed plugin and can't check your error logs. Error message says that quotas are exceeded during imap operation.
