SquirrelMail only reports what the IMAP server tells. Recheck all clocks
(time and timezone) and configurations for the applications (and the
servers they are at) needed to receive your e-mails. Reading the complete
e-mail headers would likely help pinpointing where the time starts to
deviate. Also, note that the time you're reading the e-mail has nothing to
do with when it arrived to your IMAP account.
