I did initially try a basic restart, but when that didn't work, I did
a stop and start of Apache. When this didn't work, I did a complete
system reboot.

BTW, I won't be terribly surprised if this turns out to be unrelated
to SM. SM, Courier, and Postfix have been the most stable parts of my
system. The rare hiccups I've had with Apache have proven to be
unrelated to any of the above (typically related to my futzing with
obscure configs or adding modules, like this issue).

I'm guessing that I've somehow bonked some hook to PHP in my Apache
config. Of course, other PHP stuff works fine, so I can't be sure if
that's the case. If I could somehow get verbose output when trying to
load that frame, I'm sure I'd have better insight to the problem, but
unfortunately, I use PHP only as a supporting technology. This
basically means I'm completely unfamiliar with it.

Matter of fact, if SM didn't use it, I'd probably not even have it on
my system. All other packages I have installed that require PHP are
only there because I already *have* PHP. I wouldn't install it for
anything *but* SM. I know it's a very cool tech, but it's not my
forte.

Thank you for the response.
