If you click on signout link, session data (cached user information) is
deleted.

If you close all browser windows, browser forgets session id and webserver
deletes session data when session expires. When browser is started again
and connects to server, new session id is generated.

If you don't close browser, session data is preserved until session
expires. When browser connects to server, session id is reused.
