I may have spoken too soon about my experience. Just sent a couple of test messages to the hotmail account. Just short messages you might send to a friend like, "See you at 1:30pm at the restaurant." They didn't go through. Typed up a longer letter (a large paragraph) and that arrived moments after hitting send. Off to hotmail support again.
