Thank you Paul,

You're right. I have so many of empty value in the plugins array. As soon as i
removed the empty ones. It fixes up most of the error messages except for the
msg_flags plugin as shown below.

Checking PHP configuration...
    PHP version 5.1.1 OK.
    display_errors: 1
    error_reporting: 2039
    variables_order OK: EGPCS.
    PHP extensions OK.
Checking paths...
    Data dir OK.
Attachment dir is the same as data dir.

ERROR: You have enabled the msg_flags plugin, but I cannot read its
setup.php file.

    Plugins OK.
    Themes OK.
    Default language OK.
...
Checking IMAP service....
IMAP server ready (* OK IMAPrev1)
Capabilities: * CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1 CHILDREN IDLE QUOTA SORT
Checking internationalization (i18n) settings...
gettext - Gettext functions are available. On some systems you must have
appropriate system locales compiled.
mbstring - Mbstring functions are available.

Congratulations, your SquirrelMail setup looks fine to me!

Does this plugin need a special treatment?

Thank you in advance

If this is the EXACT error text (without the actual plugin name), then
your plugins array in config/config.php has an empty plugin name in
it. Show your $plugins settings from the config file. If it DOES
show a plugin name, please tell us what it is.
