I have always been a little confused about this. In the SM address book, I can add a nickname, email, first, and last, as well as additional info.
Whenever I make a new email, only the email address is put in to the to field. Not the "pretty" version of First Last <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Also, what is the nickname for? Can I just address to nickname and send, and it will work?
