Hello List, I have searched the SM archives and can not find an answer. I'm sure I am just not finding the right search words combination. We have two users at school that when trying to open and MS Word doc attachment SM throws an error saying: "C:\...\##ss##bb## not found" I am fairly certain it has something to do with MS Office and/or users default temp folder? Ideas.?
