Hi All,
In the sent item folder, i was trying to sort messages in ascending order based
on "To" and "From" in order to avoid spending too much time tracking down
emails from a certain people. I clicked on the "To" button on the heading that
has up and down arrow symbols hoping that it would sort items in a certain
ordering manner but it did not.
Is it for other purpose than just for sorting items? Could anyone help clarify
this for me.
